摘 要:针对目前矿井提升机电气控制系统普遍存在的问题以及在实际应用中所暴露出来的局限性,将现场总线技术应用于矿井提升机电控系统,对基于ProfiBus的网络化矿井提升机电控系统进行了设计研究,给出了电控系统的总体设计方案,并重点从智能变频调速系统与基于ProfiBus的网络通信接口设计2个角度,详细探讨了网络化矿井提升机电控系统的设计与实现,对于进一步提高矿井提升机电控系统的电气化、自动化、网络化与智能化具有一定借鉴意义。Aiming at problems and limitations that existed in practical application,field bus technology was used in mine electrical control system,and mine hoist control system network based on ProfiBus was studied and researched.The overall design scheme of electrical control system was given out firstly,and then implementation of mine hoist control system was discussed in detail from two aspects,which were intelligent frequency control and network communication interface based on ProfiBus.All this work is significative for improving mine hoist control system to be more electrical,automatic,networking and intelligent.
