钢管混凝土支架在华丰煤矿深井支护中的应用

摘　　要：华丰煤矿的采深已接近1 km,随着开采深度不断加深,深井支护问题已成为困扰华丰煤矿生产的一大难题。钢管混凝土支架具有优良的承压与抗变形能力,其支护能力是相同单位重量U形钢支架的2倍以上。-1 km水平大巷经过多次复修均不能稳定,采用钢管混凝土支架后取得了良好的支护效果,巷道稳定,满足了生产需求。The mining depth of Huafeng coal mine have reached 1 km,as the increase of mining depth,the difficulty of deep roadway support is becoming more and more serious.concrete-filled steel tubular support has a strong compressive strength and anti deformation capacity,whose supports and protections ability was above unit weight same U section support＇s 2 times.-1 km horizontal and prime roadway can＇t keep steady after several repairs,and the result becomes good after using steel tube confined concrete support,keeping stable and according to the request of producting.
