摘 要:目的观察骨碎补对正畸牙移动过程中压力侧破骨细胞的影响。方法选用48只8周龄健康雌性W istar大鼠,适应性饲养一周后随机分为骨碎补组及对照组,建立大鼠磨牙移动实验模型。骨碎补组每日灌服骨碎补水煎剂6g/kg,对照组每日灌服0.9%NaC l溶液3m l,两组动物于正畸加力7、14、21、28天后,分批处死,分离大鼠上下颌骨。测量各期上颌第一磨牙牙齿移动的距离,并制作切片光镜观察第一磨牙牙根压力侧破骨细胞的数量。结果与对照组同期比较,骨碎补组大鼠正畸牙移动距离加大,压力侧破骨细胞数量增多,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论骨碎补能促进正畸牙移动过程中破骨细胞的增殖和分化,加速正畸牙移动,缩短正畸治疗的疗程。Objective To investigate the effects of Rhizoma Drynariae on osteoclasts in the pressure side of periodontium during orthodontic tooth movement in rats.Methods Forty-eight 8-week female SPF Wistar rats were chosen and divided into two groups randomly after one-week adaptive feeding: Drynariae group and control group.Then animal model for orthodontic tooth movement was established.The rats in the Drynariae group were fed Rhizoma Drynariae(6g/kg) every day while the rats in the control group were fed normal saline 3ml every day.The rats were sacrificed in batch on the 7th,14th,21st,28th days during the orthodontic treatment,with rats' skulls separated and the periodontal tissue slices taken.Then the distances of maxillary first tooth movement were measured and the amount of osteoclasts in the pressure side of periodontium was observed under optical microscope.Results The distances of tooth movement and amount of osteoclasts in the pressure side in the Drynariae group were both higher than those in the control group(P〈0.05).Conclusion Rhizoma Drynariae can promote the proliferation and differentiation of osteoclast in orthodontic tooth movement to enhance the orthodontic tooth movement and shorten treatment period.
