摘　　要：大学的本质作用,在于通过传导作为客观方法的知识来建构学生的认知能力,进而引导学生实现自己的能力价值。为此,探索大学的知识-能力-价值转化机制与管理之道,就具有特别重要的意义。The essential function of the university lies in helping students to develop theirs cognitive competence and guide them to realize their own capacity value.Therefore,it is of great importance to explore the transformational mechanism of knowledge-competence-value with regard to university management.
