摘　　要：介绍体育专业运动员进队的依据及进队前后的训练管理,阐述运动员进队过程中出现的问题,剖析分析,对进一步完善运动员进队制度提出建议。This article introduces the foundation of the professional athletes＇ being into team and their training management before and after into team,representing and analyzing the problems during becoming into team players,and proposing suggestions on how to further perfect the into team system as well.
