摘　　要：报告１ 例无肌病性皮肌炎。患者女性，８５ 岁，眼睑、颜面、颈、躯干部紫红色斑片， 部分呈皮肤异色症样改变， 指间关节背侧有Ｇｏｔｔｒｏｎ＇ ｓ 丘疹，皮损反复发作２５ 年， 无肌肉受累，Ｘ 线检查示合并胸腺瘤。A case of 85 year old woman with amyopathic dermatomyositis for 25 years is reported. The patient presented with violaceous erythema on her eyelids, face, neck and trunk but no evidence of muscle involvement. Poikilodermatous change and Gottron's papule overlying the dorsal aspect of the interphalangeal and metacarpophalangeal joints persisted for 25 years with recurrent episodes. Thymoma was shown by X ray examination.
