石材在压头压入时破碎量的计算方法

摘　　要：本文采用不同锥角的四棱锥及圆锥形压头模拟磨粒,对几种石材试块进行压入破碎实验研究,建立了力学模型,找出了破碎量与载荷、石材力学性质及压头顶角之间的关系,与实验结果较为吻合。This article establishes a mechanics model which describes the relationship between the chip vol- ume and the loads,the mechanical properties of stone materials as well as the apex angles of indenters. The tests were made in some stone materials specimens by using conical and pyramidal indenters.The experimental results are in agreement with the theoretical ones derived from the model.
