小蓟水提取物对家兔心血管活动的影响

摘　　要：目的：研究宁夏野生小蓟水提取物对家兔动脉血压和心率的影响。方法：将30只健康雄性家兔随机分为生理盐水对照组、心得安阳性药物对照组和小蓟水提取物干预组（高、中、低剂量），各组家兔经兔耳缘静脉分别给予生理盐水、心得安和小蓟水提取物，应用BL-420F生物机能实验系统观察各组家兔动脉血压和心率的变化。结果：与正常对照组相比，小蓟水提取物组家兔血压明显下降，血压描记曲线明显降低，2～3min后恢复，心率明显减慢（P〈0．05）。结论：一定剂量小蓟水提取物对家兔有明显降压和减慢心率作用。Objective：To observe the curative effect of canadathistle growing wild in Ningxia on blood pressure and heart rate of rabbit. Method：30 healthy male rabbit were divided into five groups randomly, which were normal saline control group,inderal control group, high dose, medium dose and lower dose of treatment group. They were given to normal saline, inderal, high dose, medium dose and lower dose of canadathistle extractive respectively through the vein in ear edge. Then the blood pressure and heart rate in each group were observed with BL-420F liv- ing functional experimental system. Result：Contrasted with normal control group, the blood pressures in treatment groups were decreased markedly, and blood pressure tracing curve decreased markedly, but regained after 2 to 3 minutes. And the heart rate stepped down （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： A certain dose of canadathistle extractive can decrease blood pressure and heart rate of rabbit markedly.
