摘　　要：开发 了用稀土 处理钢液 的工艺 。加稀 土前 先用 碱土 金属（ Ｃａ ， Ｂａ ， Ｍｇ） 对钢 液脱 氧、脱硫，然后将 含稀土的 复合包 芯线喂入 钢中，以 生产合金 结构钢 、弹 簧钢。 经过 上述 处理 后，再 向结 晶器喂稀土包 芯线，就 可生 产 管 线 钢、汽 车 大 梁 板 和 耐 候钢 等 优 质 钢 。这 些 钢 的 总 氧 含 量（ Ｔ· Ｏ） ≤２０ ｐｐ ｍ ，具有良 好的力 学性能。The technology for rare earth treatment of molten steel was developed. The molten steel is deoxidized and desulphurized using alcalin-earth metals(Ca,Ba,Mg) before rare earth adding into molten steel,then the combined cored wire containing rare earth is fed into molten steel so as to produce alloy structural steel and spring steel.After treatments above,the rare earth cored wire is fed into mold when the quality steels such as line pipe,automobile frame steel plate and weather-resistant steel etc.are made.The total oxygen content of the quality steel is ≤20ppm, they have good mechanical properties.
