摘 要:龙口水利枢纽为万家寨枢纽的配套工程,主要任务是发电和对万家寨电站调峰流量进行反调节。对龙口工程防沙排沙、大坝深层抗滑稳定、泄水建筑物消能防冲和厂房下部结构设计等主要技术问题进行了研究。针对其特殊的地形地质条件和泥沙问题,采用以底孔为主的泄洪排沙型式,在电站坝段布置排沙洞保证电站进口"门前清"。根据大坝深层抗滑稳定需要,泄水建筑物消能采用二级消能方式,并在坝基设置齿槽、预应力锚索加固尾岩和横缝部分灌浆等工程措施,有效解决了大坝深层抗滑稳定问题。Longkou Water Control Project is an accessory part of Wanjiazhai Water Control Project.The main task is power generation and peak flow reregulation of Wanjiazhai power station.This text studies the technical problems on sand scouring,deep level stability against sliding of dam,energy dissipation and erosion control of water release structure and lower structure design of powerhouse.Subject to the problems of topographic and geological conditions and sediment accumulation,scouring and flooding by giving priority to bottom outlet is adopted,and scouring sluice is arranged to guarantee clear of the inlet of power station.According to the need of deep level stability against sliding of the dam,two-stage energy dissipation is adopted for water release structure,and measures of setting groove at dam foundation,strengthening rock with prestressed anchor,grouting to transverse joints are taken.
