南疆三地州农村文化建设现状实证分析

摘　　要：农民是农村的主体,建设新农村,关键是要培育新型农民。加强文化建设是当前培养新型农民的一项重要内容。近年来,国家在南疆三地州农村文化建设方面做了大量工作,但仍然存在一些问题。如公共文化设施闲置率较高,文化设备配套设施供应不足,农村公共文化产品单一,私人文化活动单一、文化娱乐支出较少等。在今后的建设发展中,应创新思路、创新内容,全面推动南疆三地州农村文化的发展与繁荣,培养知识型新农民,为建设社会主义新农村提供有力的人才保障。The farmer is the main body in rural areas.Training new farmers is the key factor to build a new countryside.Culture is an important means in current training of new farmers.In recent years,a lot of work has been done in cultural construction in rural areas of the three prefectures in southern Xinjiang.But there are still many problems.Based on field surveys,this paper is to analyze the current situation of the construction of rural culture in three prefectures in southern Xinjiang,so as to provide ideas for the future construction of rural culture as well as better services for training new farmers and constructing new countryside.
