摘　　要：本文通过对中国外警培训工作现状进行分析,提出制约工作深入开展的主要问题,试图给出进一步完善外警培训工作体系的对策建议。By analyzing current situation of foreign police training mechanism of China, this essay puts forward main problems which restrict its further development, and makes proposal on how to accomplish training mechanism for foreign police.
