不同浓度盐水坐浴配合红外线理疗法对肛肠手术切口愈合的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨不同浓度盐水坐浴结合红外线理疗对促进肛肠手术切口愈合的效果。方法:将240例肛肠手术后患者分为治疗组200例和对照组40例。治疗组(分为不同浓度盐水的5组各40例)采用盐水坐浴及红外线理疗照射结合,对照组采用0.9%生理盐水浓度单纯坐浴。结果:治疗组愈合时间显著少于对照组(P<0.01),盐水浓度为1.5%时治愈时间最短,低于或高于此浓度则愈合时间依次延长,呈明显的正态分布。结论:1.5%盐水坐浴配合红外线理疗照射可缩短肛肠手术切口愈合时间。盐水浓度对切口的愈合时间有重要影响。Objective： To disscuss the effect of hip bath with brine together with therapy with infrared used to motivate the healing of the wound originated from anorectal operations.Methods： Combining hip bath with brine with therapy with infrared.The contrastive group experiences hip bath with 0.5% brine only.Results： The healing time of the therapy group was apparently less than that of the contrastive group,the treatment effect of the hip bath method is the best when the concentration of the salt solution was 1.5%,and the healing time gradually increases along with the deviation of the salt concentration from this criterion,by which an apparent normal distribution was shown.Conclusion： The brine concentration has important effects on the concrescence time of wound in the method that treat wound originated from anorectal operations with hip bath together with therapy with infrared.
