摘　　要：目的:探讨循证护理在腹腔镜下肾囊肿去顶减压术中的临床应用效果。方法:针对腹腔镜下肾囊肿去顶减压术中病人的病情特点和手术要求,应用循证护理提出问题,然后查阅文献、寻找实证,把循证护理理论与实践相结合,为手术病人提供更好的护理服务。结果:病人进入手术室后心理平静,主动配合护理和麻醉,手术过程流畅、快捷,术中无护理并发症,苏醒后病人无不良主诉,返回病房后心理状态稳定。结论:循证护理应用于肾囊肿去顶减压术可改善病人的心理状态,减少手术体位相关的并发症,提高护理质量和手术效率,保证了手术安全。Objective： To explore the clinical effect of evidence-based nursing applied in laparoscopic renal cyst to top decompression.Methods： The questions were designed by evidence-based nursing according to the patients＇ characteristics and the demands of the surgery in laparoscopic renal cyst to top compression,and then looking for empirical literatures,combining theory with practice of evidence-based nursing,to provide better nursing service for surgical patients.Results： Those patients in the operating room were mental calmness and cooperate with care and anesthesia actively.The surgical processes were smooth and quickly,there were not any nursing complications intraoperative.Those patients without adverse complaints when they were awoke from anesthesia and their mentation was stably after return to ward.Conclusion： Evidence-based nursing applied in renal cyst to top decompression can improve the patient＇s mental state,reduce the surgical complications associated posture,improve the quality of nursing and the efficiency of operation and guarantee the safe of surgical procedure.
