摘　　要：目的:探讨高龄患者全髋关节置换术围手术期的护理经验。方法:回顾性分析82例高龄患者全髋关节置换术围手术期心理护理、对症护理、饮食指导和功能锻炼的方法。结果:患者出院后随访3～18个月,恢复效果优43例,良39例,优良率100%。结论:对高龄患者全髋关节置换术采取合理而系统的护理,对减少并发症的发生,促进患者早日康复,提高其生活质量具有重要的意义。Objective： To study the nursing in the old people with total hip replacement.Methods： Eighty-two old patients with hip diseases received tatol hip replacement were retro spective analyzed： psychological care,symptomatic care,catering arragements,function exercise directeions were gave to them during the perioperative.Results： All the patients were followed-up from 3 to 18 months.,according to the evaluation standard,fourty-three patients were excellent,thirty-nine patient were good,the excellent rate was 100%.Conclusions： For the old patients with hip diseases treated by THR,systematic,reasonable nursing during perioperation can reduce complications greatly,improve the patients life quality greatly.
