三联疗法治疗扁平疣54例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察中西医结合三联疗法治疗54例扁平疣患者的疗效。方法:108例扁平疣患者随机分为治疗组54例与对照组54例,治疗组采用内服中药自拟扁平疣汤联合外用重组人干扰素α-2b软膏、0.025%维A酸乳膏治疗,对照组采用外用重组人干扰素α-2b软膏、0.025%维A酸乳膏治疗,15 d为1疗程。结果:治疗2疗程与4疗程总有效率分别达92.6%、96.3%,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:此三联疗法疗效良好可靠,总有效率和治愈率高,不良反应轻微。Objective： To observe the effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine sanlian therapy 54 flat in thetreatment of warts.Methods： 108 cases flat warts patients were randomly divided into the treatment group 54 cases and controls 54 cases,the treatment group since orally administrated by Chinese medicine to flat warts soup joint topical recombinant human interferon alpha 2b ointment,vitamin A sour cream 0.025% treatment group using topical recombinant human interferon alpha 2b ointment,vitamin A sour cream 0.025% treatment,15 d for 1 of treatment.Results： Treatment with four treatment duration 2 total effective rate of 92.6%,respectively,compared with controls,96.3% difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion： This sanlian therapy good reliable,with the total effective rate is high,adverse reactions and slightly.
