8种广西药材水提物抗垂体后叶素致心肌缺血的研究

摘　　要：目的:观察苦丁茶等8种广西药材水提物的抗心肌缺血作用。方法:分别灌胃给予苦丁茶等8种药材的水提物,给药后1 h进行大鼠尾静脉注射垂体后叶素(Pit)造成急性心肌缺血,记录药物在注射Pit后1 min及10 min时心电图,对心率、ST段和T波的变化,并进行组间t检验。结果:苦丁茶、柿子叶、田七叶、黄皮叶、黄栀叶、甜茶藤的水提物均可提高Pit 1 min心率;田七叶、桂莪术的水提物均可提高Pit 10 min心率。首乌藤、甜茶藤的水提物能抑制Pit 1 minT波下降。首乌藤水提物均可抑制Pit10 minST段抬高。结论:首乌藤、甜茶藤水提物具有较好抗Pit诱发的心肌缺血作用。Objective To observe the effect of water extracts of GuangXi＇s medicinal herb on pituitary（Pit） induced acute myocardium ischemia.Methods Op.eight typical Water extracts of GuangXi＇s medicine herb.Acute myocardium ischemia rat model was established by caudal vein injection of Pit after op..1 h.The change of the HR、ST segment and T wave（II channel ECG） were observed in 1、10 min after Pit injection.Results The water extracts of Folium Ilicis Kudingchae Immaturi、Diospyros kaki Thumb、Panax notoginseng、Clausena lansium、Engelhardtia roxburghiana Wall、Ampelopsis grassedentata could increase the HR after iv.Pit 1 min,The water extracts of Panax notoginseng and Curcuma kwangsiensis could increase the HR after iv.Pit 10 min;The water extracts of Polygonum multiflorum Thumb and Ampelopsis grassedentata could significantly lower the height of T waves after iv.Pit 1 min,The water extracts of Polygonum multiflorum Thumb could inhibit the height of ST segment after iv.Pit 10 min Conclusion The water extracts of Polygonum multiflorum Thumb and Ampelopsis grassedentata can improve acute myocardium ischemia induced by Pit.
