超微血府逐瘀汤对急性心肌缺血大鼠血管新生及VEGF蛋白表达的影响

摘　　要：目的：探讨超微血府逐瘀汤对急性心肌缺血大鼠缺血心肌血管新生的影响及其分子学机制。方法：采用结扎冠状动脉左前降支的方法复制急性心肌缺血模型,用免疫组化法测定缺血心肌内皮细胞数和微血管密度,检测缺血心肌局部血管内皮细胞生长因子（VEGF）的表达,观察超微血府逐瘀汤对心肌缺血大鼠缺血心肌血管新生及VEGF的影响。结果：超微血府逐瘀汤组内皮细胞数、微血管密度及VEGF表达均有明显升高,与模型组比较,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：超微血府逐瘀汤能够促进心肌缺血大鼠缺血心肌血管新生,对缺血心肌具有保护作用,其作用机制可能与上调心肌局部VEGF蛋白表达有关。Objective：To explore the protective effects of Icro-pieces of Xuefu Zhuyu decoction of myocardial angiogenesis and molecular mechanisms of rats with acute myocardial ischemia.Methods： The left anterior descending coronary artery was ligated to make a model of acute ischemic myocardium.The microvessel vascular density（MVD） were observed.The expression of VEGF at protein level were studied in immuneohistochemical method.Results： Compared to model group,Icro-pieces of Xuefu Zhuyu decoction could significantly enhance the levels of MVD and expression of VEGF（P0.05）.Conclusions： Icro-pieces of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction could promote angiogenesis in ischemic myocardium of rats,It has protective effects on acute myocardial ischemia in rats.Upregulating the expression of VEGF may be one of its mechanisms.
