淫羊藿、骨碎补对去睾丸大鼠骨质疏松症的影响

摘　　要：目的：观察补肾中药淫羊藿、骨碎补单用及合用对去睾丸SD大鼠骨质疏松症的影响。方法：将50只6月龄的雄性SD大鼠随机分为：正常组、病理组、淫羊藿组、骨碎补组以及淫羊藿合骨碎补5组。通过造模及分别用药12周后检测各组骨密度、骨形态计量学参数的变化并比较各组间差异。结果：淫羊藿组、骨碎补组、及淫羊藿合骨碎补组不同程度地抑制去睾丸大鼠的股骨、胫骨的BMD的下降（P〈0.05）,只有淫羊藿合骨碎补组与其他用药组BMD存在统计学差异（P〈0.01）;各药物干预可明显改善骨小梁面积百分率、骨小梁数目、骨小梁周长指标的降低,淫羊藿合骨碎补组组可见骨小梁厚度显著性增高（P〈0.01）。结论：各药物治疗组对去睾雄性大鼠的骨质疏松症有一定疗效,且淫羊藿、骨碎补两者合用疗效更佳。Objective： To observe the kidney medicine barrenwort,drynaria fortunei to go alone and share testicular SD rats osteoporosis influence.Methods： The only 6 months for the next 50 male SD rats randomly divided into： that of normal and pathological group,barrenwort group,of drynaria fortunei and barrenwort close drynaria fortunei 5 groups.Through respectively made mould and drug testing after 12 weeks each BMD,bone form metrology variation of parameters and compare the difference between groups.Results： Barrenwort Group,drynaria fortunei group,and barrenwort close of drynaria fortunei different degree inhibit testicular rats to femoral BMD drop of,tibia（P0.05）,only al.retardation of drynaria fortunei together with other treatment group（BMD exist statistically significant（P0.01）;Each drug intervention can obviously improve bone trabeculae area percentage,bone trabeculae number,bone trabeculae decrease,perimeter index fits al.retardation qol drynaria fortunei bone trabeculae thickness is increased significantly（P0.01）.Conclusion： Each drug group had to go to the male rat osteoporosis have certain curative effect,and barrenwort,both drynaria fortunei better share curative effect.
