摘 要:探讨了带填充墙框架结构架空层的抗倒塌评估与加固设计的有效方法。首先研究了把首层架空的带填充墙框架结构模型简化为单质点模型的等效条件,指出当房屋结构的高宽比较小时,可简化成一个单层框架模型进行抗倒塌验算,并推导出该模型的层间需求曲线V~u,作为架空层抗倒塌评估与加固设计的依据。最后用本方法对一实际工程的架空层进行了抗倒塌评估与加固设计,并计算了结构加固前后在大震时的倒塌率,结果验证了本文方法的有效性和可靠性。In order to investigate the anti-collapse evaluation and strengthening design of frame structure with first floor open and infilled walls, first, the equivalent conditions of "frame structure with first floor open and infilled walls" model simplified to single particle model are discussed; second, with the consideration of infilled walls, in common scale in engineering, simplified conditions of multi- story and multi-span reinforced concrete frame with open floor are analyzed. The result shows that the frame can be simplified to the single floor frame model for the anti-collapse checking when the height-width ratio of structure is small. Meantime, the inter-story demand curve V- u of the modle is obtained as a basis for the anti-collapse evaluation and strengthening design. Finally, the anticollapse evaluation and strengthening design for a actual projects are carried out by using the present method,then the reliability of the method is comfirmed by calculating the collapse rates of the structure before and after strengthening when the earthquake occurs.
