长期服用坎地沙坦与利心丸对伴心衰患者的左室肥厚逆转作用观察

摘　　要：目的观察长期服用坎地沙坦与利心丸对心衰伴左室肥厚逆转作用的影响。方法选择2009年12月至2010年12月我科收治的心衰伴左室肥厚患者116例,随机分为两组:卡维地洛+利心丸组(对照组)和坎地沙坦+利心丸组(观察组)。对照组:给予卡维地洛和利心丸,配合利尿等常规治疗;观察组:给予坎地沙坦和利心丸,配合利尿等基础治疗。治疗前后比较两组患者的心功能和超声心动图情况。结果观察组治疗后心功能、左室肥厚程度较治疗前减轻(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组的心功能、左室肥厚均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论长期服用坎地沙坦与利心丸有利于改善心功能和逆转左室肥厚。Objective To observe the effects of long-term taking candesartan and lixin wan on reversing left ventricular hypertrophy of patients with heart failure.Methods 116 patients with heart failure during 2009.12～2010.12 were divided into two groups randomly：carvedilol and lixin wan group（control group）,and candesartan and lixin wan（observation group）.The control group received carvedilol and lixin wan and diuresis etc,and the observation group received candesartan and lixin wan.The cardiac function and echocardiography of two groups was compared.Results The post-treatment cardiac function and left ventricular hypertrophy of observation group was better than those of pre-treatment（P0.05）.After treatment,the cardiac function and left ventricular hypertrophy was better than those of control group（P0.05）.Conclusion Long-term taking candesartan andlixin wan is beneficial to improve cardiac function and reversing left ventricular hypertrophy.
