摘　　要：在推进建筑节能工作过程中,建筑节能政策是关键,因此学术界对建筑节能政策的研究十分重视。近年来,我国建筑节能政策的研究已成学术热点,随着研究的不断深入,我国建筑节能政策研究的内容不断拓展,方法呈现由定性到定量的转化。分析和把握我国建筑节能政策研究的特点,有利于提高我国建筑节能政策的研究水平,进而推进我国的建筑节能工作。The policy is the key factor in the process of promoting building energy conservotion. Hence, the acadcmic circle has attatched great importance to the building energy conservation policy. In recent years, the research on it has become a hot spot of academic studies. With the further deepening of the research and the continuous expansion of the research contents, the research method gets to change from qualitive analysis to quantitative one. The analysis and the grasp of the research characteristics of the building energy conservation policy in China will help improve the research level, and thus to promote the building energy conservation in our country.
