摘　　要：对外开放以来,外商直接投资为我国带来的经济增长、技术外溢等作用已经得到体现,而在农业领域,外资在促进农业产业化方面的作用尚未得到充分发挥。农业领域外商直接投资规模偏小的原因何在?文章在分析我国农业领域利用外商直接投资状况的基础上,从培育龙头企业、缓解资金、技术、人才瓶颈等角度深入探讨了外商直接投资在推动农业产业化进程中的功能和机制,指出我国农业在利用外资过程中存在的外资数量少、来源地集中和分布不平衡等问题的深层原因,提出现阶段有效利用外资推动实现农业产业化的政策主张。Since China was opened to the outside, the effect of FDI in boosting economy growth and technology spill-overs has been reflected, however, in the agriculture industry, the role of FDI has not been bronght into full play. What is the reason for this phenomenon？ This paper analyzes the current situation of FDI in our agriculture indus- try, and introduces the functions and mechanisms of FDI in China＇ s agriculture industrialization by cultivating lead- ing enterprise, alleviate financial and human resources difficulties and so on. Furthermore, it points out such under-lying problems of agriculture in utilizing FDI as the limited investment amount, the over-concentration of invest-ment source and the uneven investment distribution in China. At last, the paper proposes the policy suggestions foreffectively making use of FDI to propel the agriculture industrialization.
