摘　　要：GATS规定服务贸易国内规制应以合理、客观、公正的方式予以实施,然而相关研究与实践尚不多见。现针对货物贸易和服务贸易相关案例展开比较分析,探讨货物贸易国内规制标准可否以及应当如何移植到服务贸易国内规制的问题。According to the GATS,domestic regulations of service trade should be administered reasonably,objectively and impartially.However,there is little of related research and practice in this area.This paper,with a comparative analysis of the related cases concerning the trade in goods and the trade in services,explores whether the standards of domestic regulations for the trade in goods could be transplanted into the trade in services,and if yes,how could it be done.
