摘　　要：现今人们在重视国家制定法意义的同时,也逐渐审视少数民族法文化的历史进步性问题,并已开始保护既存的优秀的民族法文化的工作。这一工作虽任重而道远,但其价值却是有目共睹。Nowadays when people pay more attention to the meaning of the law legislated by the nation,they begin,step by step,to examine the historical progress of the ethnic minority legal culture,and have initiated to protect the existing fine ones.Though there is a long way for this work to go,its value is obvious to all.
