摘 要:论述了曲轴轴承和曲轴优化设计的研究现状和进展,探讨当前曲轴轴承或曲轴单个零件优化设计的弊端,并对如何更加合理进行曲轴轴承和曲轴优化设计提出见解,展望了研究中尚待进一步研究的问题及深入研究这些问题的必要性和重要性。Crankshaft bearing and crankshaft are important parts for internal combustion engines. The performance of crankshaft bearing and crankshaft can be greatly improved by optimum design. In this paper, current research and progress about the optimum design of crankshaft bearings and crankshaft were summarized, the shortcomings that bearing or crankshaft as the individual parts was optimized currently were discussed. Some views about how to design bearing and crankshaft more reasonably and more optimally were proposed, and some problems need to be further researched while the necessity and importance of further research were viewed.
