摘　　要：战略性新兴产业要把新能源、新材料，节能环保、生物医药、高性能宽带信息网等作为重点，选择其中若干重点领域作为突破口，例如新能源汽车、三网融合等，科学制定发展规划，Strategic emerging industry has become chooses and key points of economic regeneration of each countries, which will change path and original style of world economy. In this paper, the author put forward suggestions of promoting transi- tion development of small and medium enterprises through analyzing current situation of development of strategic emerging industries.
