摘　　要：介绍了"十一五"期间地区R&D/GDP目标完成情况,分析了内地各省(市、区)R&D/GDP规划目标编制中存在的主要问题,讨论了制定R&D/GDP规划目标需要考虑的因素,提出了关于地区"十二五"时期R&D/GDP目标的建议。In this paper,the author introduced execution of local RD/GDP in the eleventh five year plan,and analyzed existent problems of each province in establishment of planning objective of RD/GDP.Then,the author discussed factors of making planning objective of RD/GDP,and put forward suggestions for RD/GDP of the twelfth five year plan in local area.
