摘　　要：本文从集群创新的特征出发,描述了集群创新的优势,并从外部规模经济和外部范围经济两个角度分析了集群创新优势产生的机理,并进一步论述了集群创新优势与科技型中小企业创新的耦合关系。以沈阳市浑南新区企业集群科技型中小企业的问卷调查数据为基础,实证分析了集群创新对科技型中小企业创新绩效的影响。This article describes the advantages of cluster innovation from the characteristics of cluster innovation,analyzes the mechanism of cluster innovation advantages from the perspectives of external scale economies and external scope economies,and further discussed the coupling relation between cluster innovation and small and medium-sized enterprise of science and technology innovation.The article conducts an empirical analysis of the cluster innovation impact on the innovation performance of small and medium-sized enterprises of science and technology based on survey data collected from Hunnan Development Zone in Shenyang.
