摘　　要：利用ANSYS软件,对某电站水轮机顶盖和蜗壳座环开展了考虑螺栓预紧力的联合受力研究,并与传统单个部件分析结果进行了比较,探讨了座环对顶盖应力和变形的影响。This paper presents the study on combined effect of pretensioned bolt of head cover,with stay ring of a hydraulic turbine by using the ANSYS software.The calculation results are compared with the traditional individual structural component analysis results.The influence of stay ring on the stress and displacement of head cover is analyzed with illustration.
