摘 要:针对一项自主研发的核电厂控制棒驱动机构(CRDM)上端Ω焊缝堆焊维修技术,本文采用XRD测试法和焊接数值模拟法进行了应力分析评价。研究结果表明,应力计算值与实测值吻合程度达86.4%,焊接模拟计算结果具有实际参考价值。整个堆焊构件的残余应力呈轴对称分布,堆焊构件平均应力水平约为100MPa,应力超过400MPa的区域小到可以忽略。堆焊技术造成试件的变形量最大不超过0.32mm,即构件基本不发生变形。经实测,在CRDM的工作状态下,整个堆焊构件的表面应力最终得以释放,全部转化为压应力。Aimed at the overlay welding repair technology for upper Ω seal weld of CRDM developed by NPIC, XRD and welding numerical simulation are applied in analysis and evaluation of the welding residual stress. The research shows that the numerical simulation results coincide with the XRD results with consistency up to 86.4%. The residual stress of the repaired component is in axisymmetric distribution, and the average stress was approximately 100 MPa, the volume where stress was over 400 MPa is so small that is negligible. The maximum deformation caused by the welding repair operation is 0. 32 mm, indicating that the overlay technology would not lead to any harmful deformation of CRDM. The surface stress of the whole component has been released under the operating condition and the tensile stress has turned to compressive stress.
