16层螺旋CT低剂量胸部扫描的价值研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨16层螺旋CT低剂量胸部扫描的应用价值。材料与方法:对30例受检者在用低剂量16层螺旋CT扫描后再用常规剂量胸部16层螺旋CT扫描,对两组图像进行对比分析。结果:两种扫描方案对病灶的检出、病灶结构图像显示无明显差异。结论:胸部CT扫描可采用低剂量扫描,明显减少受检者的X线辐射剂量。Purpose：To evaluate the application value of Low-dose 16-slice spiral CT Scanning in Chest Examination.Materials and Methods：30 patients were performed with the low-dose CT and the regular-dose CT scan.Image quality was compared between two groups.Results：There was no significant difference between two groups in finding lesion,displaying of lesion structures.Conclusion：Chest CT examination can use low-dose screen with 16-slice spiral CT.which can markedly decrease patient,s X-ray radiation exposure.
