醒脑开窍针刺法治疗术后尿潴留36例

摘　　要：目的观察醒脑开窍针刺法治疗术后尿潴留的治疗效果。方法将72例术后尿潴留患者随机分为两组,治疗组采用"醒脑开窍"针刺法,对照组为常规药物治疗法。结果治疗组治愈率为91.6%,对照组治愈率为69.4%,两组之间差异有显著意义(P<0.01),具有统计学意义。结论醒脑开窍针刺法治疗术后尿潴留疗效肯定,值得临床推广。Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of brain-resusciatating acupuncture on postoperative uroschesis. Method 72 patients were devided into two groups randomly, the treatment group and the control group. Patients in the treatment group accepted brain-resusciatating acupuncture, while patients in the control group received routine treatment. Results The cure rate of the treatment group was 91.6%,while the control group was 69.4%. There was statistic difference between the two groups（ P0.01）. Conclusion Brain-resusciatating acupuncture is a effective treatment for postoperative uroschesis, so it has great value in clinical application.
