摘  要:以1年生金钱松幼苗为试验材料,研究不同程度淹水胁迫对金钱松生长和生理变化的影响。结果表明:幼苗淹水胁迫后外部形态特征变化明显,根冠比增大。幼苗叶片的相对电导率、可溶性蛋白含量、MDA含量与淹水处理时间呈显著正相关;叶绿素总含量、SOD和POD酶活性与处理时间呈显著负相关。幼苗叶片的游离脯氨酸含量和MDA含量均与淹水处理水平呈显著正相关。幼苗淹水处理的受胁迫程度W 3>W 1>W 2,表现出较强的抗淹水能力。Physiological responses of one-year-old seedlings of Pseudolarix kaempferi were investigated in a 60-day flooding and waterlogging experiment.The results showed that the morphological characteristics of the young seedlings were obviously changed under waterlogging stress and the root/shoot ratio increased.The membrane relative conductivity,the soluble proteins and the MDA content in the leaves were significantly positive correlated to the processing time and the chlorophyll content,activity of both SOD and POD were significantly negative correlated to the flooding time.Both free praline and MDA content in the leaves were significantly positive correlated to the levels of waterlogging stress.The injured degree of the leaves was in the order of W3W1W2,indicated that the P.kaempferi seedlings had a stronger resistance to waterlogging stress.
