摘　　要：设定4种常见盐分对紫菀进行胁迫处理,研究其在不同盐分胁迫下的生长及生理生化的变化。结果表明,对紫菀的盐害大小分别为碱性盐>混合盐碱>单盐>中性盐,随着强度的增大,各盐分处理下SOD、POD、MDA、叶绿素等生理指标的变化并不一致。The growth and the physiological and biochemical characteristics of Aster tongolensis under four different salt stresses were studied.The results showed that the damage to A.tongolensis was in alkaline salt stressin complex saline-alkali stressin single saltneutral salt.The changes of SOD,POD and MDA in the leaves of A.tongolensis with the stress intensities varied with the components of salt stress.
