摘 要:介绍了基于PIC单片机为控制单元的开关电源,给出了系统总体结构和关键电路参数电感值和电容值的计算。并在此基础上设计出采样隔离电路、驱动隔离电路。运用闭环控制调节占空比的大小实现输出电压的稳定,通过液晶显示实时监视开关电源的工作状态。最后通过对一个72W数字控制开关电源的实验验证了该方案的可行性。Introduction was made to the switching power supply of PIC microcontroller-based control unit. The system's architectural structure was given, as well as the calculation of key circuit parameters including inductance and capacitance values. On the basis of this, the sampling isolation circuit was designed, together with the driver isolation circuit. Closed-loop control was used to adjust the size of duty cycle to achieve stable output voltages. The working condition of switching power supply was monitored in real time through the liquid crystal display. Finally, the experiment for a 72 W digital control switching power supply verifies the feasibility of the system.
