摘　　要：创新教育依据每个学生的个性发展,实施因材施教,培养学生的创新精神和创新能力。从电子技术实验个性化教学的实验项目设计、教学形式以及相应的制度等方面,阐述了创新教育的实施过程和方法。实践证明,个性化教学是创新教育的重要教学方式。Innovation education is based on personality development of students.We should teach students in accordance with their aptitude so as to cultivate their innovation spirit and innovation ability.From the individualized electronic experimental designing,teaching forms and corresponding system,this paper expounded the implementation process and the methods of innovation education.The practice showed that individualized teaching is an important teaching form of innovation education.
