摘　　要：为了推进实验教学改革,实现本科生和研究生培养双赢局面,提出了建立本、研互动的教学研究型生物学实验室运行模式,分析了这种实验室、导师、本科生和研究生四位一体的运行模式的优势,同时总结了国家级实验教学示范中心建设取得的经验和成效。To accelerate reform of the experimental teaching and benefit both undergraduates and graduates,this article presented the constituting operation mode of teaching and research oriented biological laboratory on which undergraduates and graduates interacted with each other,analyzed the advantages of this mode which makes the laboratory,tutors,undergraduates and graduates a unity,and summarized the practical experiences and effectiveness.
