摘　　要：实验队伍作为实验室建设和发展的中坚力量,是实验室建设和管理的关键因素,加强实验队伍建设是建设一流实验室的重要保证。从4个方面分析、讨论了目前高校实验队伍中存在的一些问题,并提出从"转变观念"、"优化结构"、"完善体制"、"加强培训"等几方面加强实验队伍建设、提高整体素质的改革建议和举措。As the core force of the construction and development of laboratory,the lab team is the key factor.Strengthening the lab team construction is an important guarantee of the first-class laboratory construction.In this paper,some existing problems in the present university laboratories＇ team construction were reviewed.The reform on the university laboratory team construction was discussed,which involves the conception transforming,structure optimizing,system perfecting,and training strengthening.
