摘　　要：高校基础化学实验中心是大学生以及科研人员从事化学实验、科研的主要场所,每天都有大批师生在做各种化学实验。实验过程中涉及到大量化学药品的使用和废液、有害气体和固体废弃物排放,虽然在数量与强度方面不及化工企业,但实验长年累月地积累,排放的废弃物成分相当复杂,如不采取有效的防治措施,势必会影响实验室的实验教学环境,损害师生的身体健康,也会给社会环境造成危害。通过调查研究剖析了目前我国高校基础化学实验室废弃物污染环境现状的原因,并提出了以"提高环保意识、正确处理"三废"、推广微型实验、创新改进实验"等行之有效的绿色实验室建设运行策略。The center of college fundamental chemistry experiments is the main site where students and scientists engage in experiments and scientific researches.A large number of students and teachers make all kinds of chemical experiments in it every day.In the course of experiment a large amount of chemicals are involved and liquid waste,hazardous gases and solid waste are emitted,although the number and intensity of it are less than chemical companies,with the accumulation of emissions from experiments over many years,and the components of emissions are complex,it will inevitably damage the experimental environment of laboratory and harm the health of teachers and students,as well as endanger the social environment.This text analysed the reasons that lead to the current situation of rejected material pollution in our college fundamental chemistry lab by research and investigation.It put forward some effective strategies on green lab construction and operation,aimed at ＂improving environmental awareness,correct waste treatment,extending micro experiment,improving experiment by innovation＂.
