针刺降低青光眼模型兔眼压的机理探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨针刺降低急性高眼压的机理。方法 12只家兔急性青光眼模型造模成功后4 h分为2组,实验组6只家兔进行针灸治疗,对照组6只未做处理。造模前和造模后4 h、针刺后1 h进行眼压测定和酶联免疫检测方法行血浆β-内啡肽含量的测定。结果 12只家兔眼压值造模前为(7.50±1.62)mmHg,造模后4 h为(19.86±9.45)mmHg,两者比较有统计学差异(P<0.05)。针刺组针刺前、针刺后眼压分别为(20.89±11.3)mmHg(、7.55±5.70)mmHg,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。血浆β-内啡肽浓度,针刺前针刺组与对照组比较无统计学差异,2组针刺前后无统计学差异,但针刺后针刺组比对照组明显升高,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在高眼压状态下针刺治疗可以降低眼压,同时使血浆中β-内啡肽浓度升高,针刺降眼压的机理可能和血浆β-内啡肽浓度升高有关。OBJECTIVE To explore the possible mechanism of acupuncture treatment for decreasing the intraocular pressure in rabbits with acute ocular hypertension.METHODS Methylcellulose was injected into the anterior chamber of the rabbits＇ eyes to induce glaucoma.Twelve rabbits were divided into acupuncture treatment group and control group.Then rabbits in acupuncture group was given the acupuncture treatment.4 hours before and after successful modeling,and 1 hour after the treatment,the intraocular pressure（IOP） was monitored and β-endorphin concentrations in plasma were measured with euzymelinked immunosorbent assay.RESULTS Glaucoma model could be induced by injecting methyl cellulose.the IOP after acupuncture decreased evidently compared with that of before（P0.05）.The β-endorphin concentrations in plasma before and after acupuncture in acupuncture group were（42.2±8.51）ng/mL and（52.48±9.24）ng/mL respectively.The β-endorphin concentrations in plasma elevated evidently compared with that of control group after acupuncture treatment（P0.05）.CONCLUSION Increasement of β-endorphin concentration may play an important role in lowering intraocular pressure by acupuncture treatment.
