摘  要:目的研究热毒宁注射液临床配伍后的渗透压值,以供临床医生参考。方法采用FM-8P全自动冰点渗透压计考察热毒宁注射液与不同稀释溶剂配伍以及与常用抗生素配伍后的渗透压值。结果热毒宁注射液与5%葡萄糖注射液及0.9%氯化钠注射液稀释后渗透压值均在人体正常渗透压范围内;而与化学药同时配伍后,渗透压值均低于人体正常渗透压范围。结论热毒宁注射液可与5%葡萄糖注射液或0.9%氯化钠注射液稀释后使用,不得与抗生素同时配伍使用。OBJECTIVE To study the osmotic pressure of Reduning Injection combined with different liquid medicine so as to give a reference for the clinical doctors.METHODS The FM-8P atomic ice point osmometer was used to measure osmotic pressure values of Reduning Injection combined with different dilution solvent as well as the commonly-used antibiotics.RESULTS The osmotic pressure values of Reduning Injection combined with 5% glucose injection and 0.9% sodium chloride injection were both within the normal osmotic pressure range of human;Whereas its values were all lower than the normal range after different chemical medicines were combined.CONCLUSION Reduning Injection is useable if combined with 5% glucose injection or 0.9% sodium chloride injection,but not with antibiotics.
