摘 要:激光测量壳体包覆层厚度比传统的包覆层厚度测量有很多优点,本文介绍了激光测量包覆层厚度的方法。该方法用于测量壳体内壁涂敷的包覆层厚度,壳体内壁包覆层太薄或太厚都会影响器件的正常工作,包覆层的厚度和密度决定了元件的性能。而包覆层的厚度和密度均可通过精确测量其尺寸和质量来获得,因此,精确测量包覆层尺寸至关重要.因此,应对包覆层的厚度进行测量,以免影响其正常工作。Laser measuring coating thickness of the shell has many advantages than traditional coating thickness measurement,this paper describes the laser methed of measuring coating thickness. The method used to measure coating thickness, the shell wall is too thin or too thick coating will affect the normal operation of the device,Coating thickness and density of coated particles determine the performance of elements, and the thickness and density of the coating can be accurately measured,therefore, critical to accurate measurement of coating layer dimensions.therefore, the thickness of coating should be measured,so as not to affect its normal work.
