查错奖励法对输液质量管理的效果研究

摘　　要：目的了解查错奖励法在输液质量管理中的效果,总结现实落实输液管理制度的方法和经验。方法从2009年开始到2010年6月,对我院所有输液区分组实施查错奖励法,最后分析实施查错奖励法后研究组(实施查错奖励法)和对照组(实施缺陷扣分惩罚法)的临床效果。结果研究组输液反应发生率明显低于对照组,两组比较有显著差异(P<0.05);经过实施查错奖励法后,护理人员和患者的满意程度及经济效益显著提高。查对制度落实的好坏与纠纷投诉发生率存在很强的关联性。结论查错奖励法对制定有效的安全管理模式有积极意义。Objective To understand the effect of error check reward rules in quality management of infusion,and to sum up their measures and experience.Methods The implementation of error check reward rules was established in this hospital from 2009 to June 2011,and their clinical effects between study group（implemented with error check reward rules） and control group（implemented with defect points punishment rules） were finally compared and analyzed.Results The difference in incidence rates of infusion reactions was significant（P0.05） between these two groups after implementation of error check reward rules,and the degree of satisfaction and economic benefits of nursing staffs and patients were significantly increased.The well or bad implementation of check system was strongly relevant to the rate of disputes and complaints.Conclusion It has positive meaning to formulate an effective and safe management mode.
