摘 要:为研究使用不同燃油时高压油管压力波特性,在一台船用高速柴油机上开展了燃用轻油(0#柴油)和重油(180 mm2/s、50℃)的负荷特性试验,实测燃用重油、柴油时泵端与嘴端的压力,试验结果表明,重油不仅压力峰值明显增高,而且油压建立的速度在高负荷时也较快,两种燃油油压下泄速度各负荷时均相同;重油在中、低负荷时残压高,压力升起起点晚;高负荷时重油产生的高压力仅能改善燃烧性能,中、低负荷下则既有利于燃烧,也有助于着火。Experiments were carried out on a high-speed diesel to measure the pump and nozzle side pressure and study the pressure of high-pressure fuel pipes characteristics when burning different oil,including light oil and heavy oil.The experiment results showed that after using heavy oil,the pressure peak of high-pressure fuel pipes increases and the pressure establishment of heavy oil at full load fasts,both the same of pressure discharges at any load.At medium and low load,the residual pressure of heavy oil is higher,and the pressure rise starts late.The high pressure produced by heavy oil can only improve the combustion performance,but at medium at low load,it's not only conducive to burning,but also help ignition.
