摘　　要：从土地征收的视角出发,在对乡镇企业用地产权进行辨析界定的基础上,分析乡镇企业用地的所有权、使用权和地役权等方面的问题以及导致问题的原因,并提出了解决问题的对策与建议:严格区分征地类别,实现同地同权。From the perspective of land expropriation,the existing problems in the land use of township enterprises such as ownership right,use right and servitude as well as their causes were analyzed based on the definition of the property right of the land use of township enterprises.Some countermeasures and suggestions were put forward: strict determination of types of land expropriation and achievement of the equal right for the same land type.
