摘 要:目的对1598株临床标本常见病原菌的耐药性进行分析,为临床合理使用抗生素提供依据。方法回顾性分析我院2010年临床感染标本病原学的耐药性情况。结果感染标本主要为痰、中段尿,共分离出1598株病原菌,G-杆菌占75.6%,G+球菌占22.7%,大肠埃希菌、肺炎克雷伯菌和阴沟肠杆菌中ESBLs的检出率分别为60%,51%和55%。葡萄球菌中未检出耐万古霉素的菌株,肠杆菌科细菌中检出了对亚胺培南耐药的菌株结论本院细菌耐药性比较严重,必须加强对抗菌素耐药性监测,合理选用抗菌素。Objective To investigate the distribution and antimicrobial resistance of 1598 isolates of pathogens so as to provide the evidence for improving antibiotic therapy in clinic.Methods The pathogens and their antimicrobial resistance were surveyed in 2009. Results Among 1 598 isolates obtained,Gram-negative bacteria and Gram-positive bacteria were 75.6% and 22.7 % respectively.The infection specimens were sputum and urine.Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus(MRSA) and methicillin-resistant coagulase-negative staphylococci(MRCNS) accounted for 67.5 and 62.1% respectively.The ESBLs producing Escherichia coli,Klebsiella pneumoniae and Enterobacter cloacae were 60%,51% and 55% respectively.No vancomycin resistant isolate was detected.Some isolates of Enterobacteriaceae were resistive to imipene.The non-fermenting bacteria were serious and multiple resistant to drugs.Conclusions The status of antimicrobial resistance of pathogens is serious,and we should establish a surveillance system on bacterial resistance for reasonably using drugs.
