海门市1989-2009年居民糖尿病死亡减寿分析

摘　　要：目的:分析海门市21年间因糖尿病死亡对居民潜在寿命损失程度及变化趋势。方法:采用海门市1989年～2009年居民全死因登记报告资料,分析研究该市21年间居民因糖尿病死亡潜在寿命损失。结果:(1)海门市21年间糖尿病死亡人数866人,累计粗死亡率3.94/10万,糖尿病标化死亡率上升259.90%。(2)21年间不同性别累计为PYLL 11 388人年;PYLL率为0.57‰;AYLL为13.15年。(3)PYLL从1989年244人年增加到2009年905人年,标化PYLL从3 612.33人年上升到13 729.5人年,标化PYLL增长了3.86倍。总体分析糖尿病死亡的潜在寿命损失增长明显。平均寿命损失年下降。结论:糖尿病对海门市居民健康危害是严重的,应引起高度重视,有必要采取有效措施来预防和控制糖尿病。Objective： To analyze potential years of life loss and the trend due to diabetes upon Haimen residents for twenty one years.Methods：The data were collected from Haimen diseases surveillance and death-reporting system from 1989 to 2009,potential years of life loss and average years of life loss were applied to describe diabetes death burden.Results：Diabetes mortality rate was rising,potential years of life loss due to diabetes increased singnificantly,but average years of life loss decreased.Conclusino：The health of Haimen residents was severely damaged by diabetes,and the government should pay more attention and take effcetive measures to prevent and control diabetes.
