摘  要:速调管是新一代天气雷达(CINRAD)发射机系统的关键器件,为确保稳定可靠运行,在速调管附属电路中设计了钛泵电源装置。本文介绍了钛泵电源的工作原理、作用及特点,并给出了CINRAD/SA和SB型号天气雷达钛泵电源信号流程、技术参数测量等分析思路,列举了CINRAD/SA和SB型号天气雷达钛泵电源常见故障和典型故障的处理过程,总结提出了雷达钛泵电源控保电路调试、故障定位及处理方法,为雷达保障技术人员高效快捷处理雷达钛泵电源故障提供参考。Klystron is a key device in the transmitter system of CINRAD.To ensure stable and reliable operation,the titanium pump power supply device is designed in the klystron affiliated circuit.This paper introduced the working principle,role and characteristics of titanium pump power supply in detail,and provided the analysis method of signal flow,technical parameters measurement for titanium pump power supply of CINRAD/SASB.In addition,this paper enumerated the handling procedure of common faults and typical faults for the titanium pump power supply of CINRAD/SASB.Moreover,it summarized the adjustment,fault location and handling methods for the control and protection circuit of radar titanium pump power supply and hence would provide references for radar maintenance technologists in processing the faults of radar titanium pump power supply effectively and quickly.
