摘　　要：以自动气象站分钟级数据导入处理为背景,介绍运用存储过程、链接数据库、游标、数据库事务等数据库技术进行大量数据自动、及时、高效、安全的导入处理。This thesis is set in the importing and handling the minute-level data of Automatic Meteorological Station.It introduces that how to make use of the technique of database,such as store procedure,database link,venire,database transaction,etc.,to import and handle mass data automatically,promptly,efficiently and safely.
